Our Post 16 courses have been specially designed by our qualified teachers alongside Pearson to offer the maximum chance of success for our students. Delivered at our post 16 training sites, students gain all the benefits of working within smaller groups, having a 1-2-1 key worker, transport and all the learning materials that they will need

We understand that some of our students have struggled with their learning in the past. Therefore, we suggest students attend a minimum of two days a week, however three days a week for the academic year is recommended to allow the optimum possibility of gaining all the available qualifications and maximising success. Our new ‘Construction’ package offers the following:
- Level 1 Introductory in Construction
- Functional Skills English
- Functional Skills Maths
- First Aid at Work Qualification
- CSCS Card application
- CITB HS&E test
- ‘Live’ site visits and real time work experience with local building contractors
This course is perfect for anyone looking to enter the world of construction. Delivered at our Avonmouth site, students will learn the skills and gain the qualifications to allow them to move into employment upon completion.
Our ‘Vocational studies’ course offers the following:
- Pre-vocational Studies
- Functional Skills English
- Functional Skills Maths
- First Aid at Work Qualification
This course is perfect for students who are currently unsure in what they want to specilise in. The course covers a vast cross section of life skills, including 'learning to learn'. Students will gain a vast amount of experience in a specialist teaching environment, as well gaining valuable qualifications sought out by employers. A perfect course for those that are still exploring options but want to achieve at the same time, or those that have a plan but need to catch up on their English and maths first.

Our ‘Hospitality & Home cooking’ course offers the following:
- Introductory in Hospitality and Tourism Btec
- Home cooking level 1 Btec
- Home cooking level 2 Btec
- First Aid at Work Qualification

- Hazard analysis and critical control point (HACCP) level 2
Our Hospitality BTEC course has been designed in partnership with local cafe and restaurant owners to give our young people the best chance of success upon completion of the course within the hospitality environment. We are in the unique position to run our Hospitality courses from our very own cafe - The Hideaway.
The Hideaway is a fully functioning and operating cafe in north Bristol. Meaning that students will not only gain valuable vocational qualifications, but during the programme they will gain invaluable work experience and practical know how.

- Coaching courses & Qualifications:
- FA Playmaker
- England rugby tag rugby
- 1st 4 sport level 1 award in coaching (multi skills)
- Certificate in fitness and coaching for sport (SAQ)

Btec sport is our exciting sports programme for all aspiring athletes, coaches and instructors. This multi-sport course takes place in our fantastic facility ‘The Dug-out’ at Lockleaze sports centre, giving us access to a professional sporting environment, facilities and learning spaces.
This combination of our Btec course, along with the nationally recognised coaching qualifications, is all designed to get you ‘work ready’.
